I can only select the Prefix with Site ID on either the Customer or Supplier tabs. I have all four checked and saved, but when I go back in, only the checkboxes on one of the tabs are selected, and the other tab is unselected. Is this a bug?

Nobody else has reported this. But it may be a bug that nobody else has noticed. We'll look in to it.
